- How often can I use Travel Insurance for A1 users? How long is it valid while I'm abroad?
Travel insurance for A1 users can be used on all your trips. The insurance is valid for a maximum of 90 consecutive days per trip.
- If I don't travel, will there be any costs for Travel Insurance for A1 users?
You only pay for the actual used days of Travel Insurance for A1 users. The service is activated when leaving Slovenia and deactivated upon returning to Slovenia, so you do not incur any costs without prior notification about activation of Travel Insurance for A1 users.
- Do I have to announce my planned trips in advance?
Travel insurance for A1 users provides coverage in real time, giving you complete flexibility.
You don't have to say in advance when, how long or where you are traveling. The coverage is valid from the moment your mobile phone is connected to the foreign network.
